AGENCY POLICY

DISTRIBUTION AREA

Agents are allowed to distribute products throughout the territory of Vietnam.

TRADE DISCOUNTS, PAYMENT TERMS, DELIVERY

2.1. Trade discounts: Agents are entitled to discounts corresponding to the quantity imported according to the Discount Price List.

2.2. Payment terms: Agent pays 100% of order value when placing an order.

2.3. Delivery: After receiving the Agent’s order, the company will proceed with packaging and delivery. Total shipping time is from 01-10 days depending on the type of service, geographical distance and shipping conditions.

Note: Dealers pay their own shipping costs.

RIGHT

The company supports good brand communication to create conditions for sales agents.
The Company provides technical instructions, how to use products, and provides necessary documents and information to Agents.
Agents have the right to use the Company’s content, images, and video resources to communicate and sell COKO products and goods.
Agents are organized by the Company with monthly and quarterly sales support programs.
Dealers are allowed to adjust wholesale prices to suit actual business situations.

DUTY

Retail agent at the listed price specified by the company
Agents are not allowed to use the brand keyword “Thien Phuc Trading” to name domain names on social networking sites such as: Website, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, …
Agents organizing promotional programs for products and goods provided by the Company must not exceed 20% discount, last less than 02 days and not more than 01 time/month.

RETURN POLICY

For Agents

The dealer has the right to return the goods and request a partial refund.

Time for returning goods and refunds is calculated from the date the Agent ships the goods, specifically as follows.

For retail customers:

Retail customers who are not satisfied with the product can request to return the product at the purchasing agent or exchange directly at the company.
